This service was created to test TAPIR providers according to the TAPIR 1.0 specification: http://www.tdwg.org/activities/tapir/specification. The available test suites are displayed below. Each test suite will perform a different set of tests in the specified TAPIR endpoint to check compatibility with the TAPIR protocol. To run a test suite in a TAPIR service, you should specify the test suite id with the parameter "ts" and the TAPIR endpoint with the parameter "url". Please note that this service is still being actively developed and does not cover all aspects of the TAPIR protocol. General Test Suite Performs general tests on any TAPIR provider making no assumptions about what is declared in capabilities responses. This test suite will try to check all supported operations. Important: Depending on the capabilities, some tests can be stochastic, which means it is possible to get different results when running the test suite more than once. DarwinCore Test Suite Performs tests on full TAPIR providers (i.e., those that support XML requests, arbitrary filters, inventories on any concepts and searches with custom output models).
